Shipping & Delivery

The shipping and Delivery of the ordered goods is proccessed with a courier service, which depends on the recipient location. The shipment cost is calculated at the time of the order posting. Whenever a payment on delivery is available, there is extra cost for this service that is added on the shipment cost.

The estimated minimum shipping cost is 3€ within Attiki and 5€ outside Attiki. Payment at delivery has an extra charge of 2€ added to the shipping cost. 

Special care is suggested when you receive your ordered goods, to inspect carefully for the right products and that they are all sealed in their packaging which must be intact. If any of the above fail to validate, please do not accept the delivery and ask for immediate return.

Privacy & Security

A prerequisite for the initiation of any transaction between us is the disclosure of your personal information from your part. When you place an order, we will ask for your full name, the address to which the products are to be shipped, a contact phone number and your email address.

These data will not be disclosed in any way, divulged or sold to third parties, unless imposed by some public authority (Court, etc.). Sensitive data are periodically DELETED from our database after your order is complete, ensuring in this way an even greater level of security.

Returns & Replacements

You have the right to return the products you have purchased from us with full refund without any obligation to anounce the reason of your withdrawal, whithin 5 working days from the moment you have received your package. In this case you'll be charged only with the shipment cost of the return of the products.

If you have bought a promotion package, you have to return the full package (all the products that consist the package) in its initial status. The refund will be for the full package.

Any returns will be acceptable when the products are sealed in the original packaging and the same condition as you have picked them, accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.

To avoid any inconvenience, please check carefully the products tou have bought at the moment of delivery for any errors in products, the packaging that must be intact without any violations etc.

The goods must be returned to the address that is written upon the package in the "Sender" area.

When you return the products you have bought and in respect of the payment and shipment method you have chosen fr your order, the money will be refund to you 1-5 working days after we have received the returned products.

All items are accompanied from manufacturer warranty which can be extented by our web store. If any product you have bought from our store starts malfunctioning, then, after you ensure that this malfunction is covered from the product's warranty, package it carefulle and send it to the address of our web store accompanied with the purchase receipt or invoice. After we check the product's infect to ensure the warranty coverage, this will be repaired or replaced and sent to you to your address. In this case you will be charged with the shipment expenses for the send and receive of the product 

Ordering

All orders will start proccessing as soon as the payment has been verified from our system. The delivery time is as described in the "Shipping & Delivery" section. Orders can be viewed through the "MY ORDERS" link in the "ACCOUNT" page.

If a product or promotion package is not available when your order is proccessing, then you will be notified and a backorder will be kept for you to ship the missing product later when it will be available again, or a partial cancel of your order will be done according to your choise. A refund will be done respectively for the cancelled order row.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Our store supports The following payment types:

Credit card: We accept visa and mastercard. If you want to use this payment method, you need to provide a valid credit card number, the owner's full name, the validation period date and the card's cvv. Our payment method with credit card is secure and encrypted. No credit card data are kept at any way of for any reason in our database. Your credit card data are DELETED as soon as your payment is validated and your order starts to proccess.

Paypal: This method requires you to have a paypal account. You will be forwarded to your paypal account to complete the payment. As soon as the payment is completed you will be directed back to our site to continue your browsing.

Payment at delivery: This method is accepted only for Greek locations and when the service is provided from the shipping and delivery method selected. With this method you pay at delivery time. Only cash are accepted with this method, so please be sure to have the exact amount of money available when expecting the delivery. This method has an extra charge that is added to the shipping cost.

Bank Deposit: This method allows you to make the payment with a bank deposit. As soon as you have completed the bank deposit, send an email to sales@nrgspot.gr, quoting your order number at the email subject ("Payment for order number <your order number>"). Then have a scanned copy of your deposit receipt attached to the email. As soon as your deposit is validated from our accounting departement, your order will start processing. Use one of the following accounts to make your deposit. They all have owner name "KONTODIMOS DIMITRIOS".

Please note, that all payment methods except bank deposit can have extra charges. The payment, regardless the method that has been used, must be validated prior of any order proccessing. Orders that have not been paid or their payment fails to validate, are cancelled after 10 working days, after you have been notified with an email to the email address you registered in your order.

We are making promotions using either promotion packages, which are 2 or more products together as a package at a special price, or temprary discounts to selected products. Make sure, when buying, to check for those promotions before submitting your order, to benefit from any of them. If for example you are buying a product that has a promotion special price when buying 2, you may wish to benefit from this.

Product prices include VAT.

Product prices can be changed or promotions be terminated without prior notification. Product prices or promotions included in active unprocessed orders are not affected.

Viewing & Cancelling Orders

You can view your orders by logging in to your account, from "My Orders" link.From this screen you can view, check the status, print or reorder your orders. Reorder means to create a new order that is copy of the one you are viewing.

You can cancel an order submitted, partially or totally, without anouncing the reason you are cancelling, by sending an email to sales@nrgspot.gr quoting "Cancellation of order <order number>" at the email subject. In the email body, explain clearly if you with a total cancellation of the order or you want just partial cancellation, where you must specify which products you wish to be cancelled.

The order cancellation can be done at any time from order submission to order shipment. When the ordered products are shipped, no cancellation can be done. At this point the only option is the return of the products after receiving your shipment.

A full refund for the cancelled products will be issued to you after cancellation.

Updating Account Information

Your account information is kept in our database and consists from your full name and email, your billing and shipping address, as your orders, purchased items, wishlists, tags etc. You can view and update your account information by logging in into your account from the proper links in the left bar menu.
